This is the website of the YMCA Free English Classes. Free English classes are offered at YMCA Orchard Road:
When: 1st and 3rd Thursday every month
Time: 7pm – 9pm
Location: Room 206 (Level 2), YMCA (One Orchard Road, Walking distance from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Exit A)
These classes are FREE and for all international students in Singapore above 18 years old. You can bring your friends and join us for a great time of English conversation! Hi, i’m from indonesian. i’m holding a PR in Singapore. Am i eligible for free classes too? Do i have to pay for any admistration fee or is there any other payment required?

Welcome to the website. Yes, you are eligible for the free English classes too. It is totally free – there is no administration fee.
Classes are closed for the year and will resume again on the 7th of January next year (2010)

Hi B.K.Yap,
The classes are for international students, but I guess it wouldn’t harm if we have one or two old men like yourself. You can come to our next class on the 4th February 2010 although that’s an IELTS (exam based) class. Alternatively, you can join us on the 18th February for our conversation class!
